The theurgist discloses to you that 7 days walk to the northeast, in the Lagoon of the Patriarch, can be found the Devouring Monolith of the Dreaded Adjudicator. It is thought that hidden there is the Whispering Vial of Dreams. But beware, for the theurgist cautions you that it is rumored the Shattered Initiate of Wind slays all who dare approach!
