I see that Fantasy Flight Games has released a Space Hulk style adventure for their Deathwatch RPG. I may need to see if my local game store has a copy. Giant haunted space dungeons. What's not to love?
From the smoking ruins of The Silent Sorcerer's tower, Skullsword sends forth nonsensical artwork and useless gaming tools. He also likes to discuss RPGs, boardgames, miniatures painting, writing, movies, books, and whatever else strikes his fancy. Space Hulk
So, over the weekend, while flipping through my hundreds of cable channels that never seem to have anything on that I want to watch, I happened across one of my favorite bad horror/sci-fi films, Event Horizon. Re-watching this oft-overlooked classic, I was reminded how much it owed to Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 universe, particularly to their Space Hulk game. A huge starship, lost in the warp for years, suddenly returns. Who knows where it's been, or what might be on it?

It really makes me want to play some Star Wars RPG, or Rogue Trader.
