L is for Lava that oozes and seeps!
From the smoking ruins of The Silent Sorcerer's tower, Skullsword sends forth nonsensical artwork and useless gaming tools. He also likes to discuss RPGs, boardgames, miniatures painting, writing, movies, books, and whatever else strikes his fancy. Mostly though, his goal is to provide fun and goofy things to inspire others in their games. Enjoy!

Free Map - GURPS Manor House
It's another free map Friday!
Here is another map that I did for a GURPS fantasy game that I ran a long time ago. It was intended as a haunted manor house, but I suppose that it could double as an inn, or some sort odd bed and breakfast for a modern game.
Of course there is a secret room in the basement, since what fun would it be without one. Sometimes it makes me a little sad how much hexes have fallen out of fashion. Squares are certainly easier to draw on, but hexes really recall the wargaming roots of the hobby to me.

Miniatures Monday - Jango Fett
Jango Fett, the most fearsome bounty hunter in the galaxy and the template for the clone army before he lost his head to Mace Windu.
This was a pre-painted plastic that came with such an awful paint job, that I re-primed it and started from scratch. I took some liberties with the colors, and I should have sanded the base, but overall I'm pretty pleased with the outcome.

Dwarven Forge Caverns Kickstarter Campaign (Final Days)
Dwarven Forge is into the last few days of its latest Kickstarter campaign. This time around its for their caverns set and I have to say that they look pretty cool.
I backed their dungeon campaign last year and here is a picture of a sample build from what came with that set.
